We stayed for 5 nights, everything was ok. Staff were very helpful and welcomeThey changed our room for 2 separate bed. Breakfast very delicious and buffet was various. Room was clean but so small Location is near the high way. So room was noisy,

I was a frequent client for last two years. Unfortunately, my cash money was stolen from my bag. And Management was unhelpful to track down the responsible employee or to compensate via content insurance policy that they should have.

Very new hotel..Modern furnished..bed very big and confortable. All staff are helpfull and happy to assist you. Quick check in and check out.They have free parking.Walking dstance to the biggest shopping mall in Istanbul.Breakfast has all fresh choices and tasty.The most nice thing is they serve lots of snacks Free in the lobby all the day Definitely will stay again

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! DO NOT THING TO BOOKED OR CAME THIS HOTEL. I DID STAY 1 NIGHTS ON THIS HOTEL HOW EVER DID NOT COMFORTABLE IS WELL SUCH A SMALL ROOM THEY NEEDED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND OBVIOUSLY COSTEMER SKILLS NEEDED TO BE HONESTLY WELL DO NOT GO ❗️ HOW EVER I WANTED TO STAY ONE MORE NIGHT CAUSE MY BUSINESS TRIP THEY DID INCREASE PRICES NOT AS A SAME LAST NIGHT PRICE HAS NOT IN 24 HOURS YET SUCH A BIG. MONEY THEY INCREASED GUYS REALLY BE CAREFUL ❗️ WITH THE PRICES THEY ARE NOT HONEST AR ALL DO NOT EVEN THING THIS HOTEL NAME!!!

Bedrooms very well kept. Serviced fully daily. Stayed a week. Lounge area comfy hangout. Snack bar open from 1 to 9pm. Teas, bored, cookies, juices etc. Breakfast well worth paying extra if u like breakfast. Across the road from Marmara Mall .. huge. Bus excess in front. Staff are amazing. Definitely would stay again.
